Since 1981 Tri-State Fasteners has been a service staple in the Fastener industry. During the past 30 years we have reached a new level of service and dedication to our customers. In 2007 Tri-State opened the doors to their 68,000 sq. ft. building, just down the road from the original shop in Seekonk. Only a year prior to that, Tri-State opened another branch in Worcester, MA, and have established partner vendor warehouses across the country for order fulfilment.

Return & Refund Policy
1) Tri-State will refund any order placed on-line within 30 days for
2) If it is determined that the mistake is our own fault, we will issue
a return package label.
3) If you are returning a product for quality or damage reasons, we
will issue a return package label.
4) When we receive the product back we will determine the cause.
5) Buyer may be subject to return shipping charges if we deem the
product is in good working condition and/or passes QC requirements.
5) Items ordered incorrectly, or returned at the buyers discretion,
may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
